I personally believe they are already in this situation. Each time they patch they introduce issues that require firefighting and another patch that very week. Of course, all change has the potential to cause issues, but the extent and frequency of it here, and the length of each outage, seems really high for a game that ought to be pretty mature by now and I see it as a signal that it's all a bit overwhelming and seat of the pants.

Love the game itself, but the support elements are very poor IMO.

I have to agree here especially since DB patch the fix to issue ratio is slowly but surely getting way out of balance, this big 'snowball' of constant issues caused by previous 'fixes' for issues caused by the previous 'fix' is most evidently catching up to ZoS.
They need to STOP 'digging this hole', they need to stop pushing out new content new implementations, and concentrate on fixing or eventually it will bury them, they will never catch up.

Last patch with T1, i don't see any new content. Only gear and more broken mechanics. They basically gave uS 3 month of grind with new sets and nothing new to do. People have already cleared every possible content of the game and the new sets maybe made it 2-5% easier but that's about it.

Never said there was new content, they implemented changes though, HUGE changes the whole way zones and leveling works, they implemented new gear sets, the implemented new changes to world bosses, etc etc , basically they made HUGE changes and broke more things than they fixed/changed, today's fiasco is a result of the T1 changes, we still have plenty still unresolved from p 12 , p11 and even further back

This so-called "dumbest country on Planet Earth" is where the game was made and the company running it is based. ZOS is using the time zone they're in, not because they're trying to stick it to the EU players, but because of convenience. Remember that not all Americans actually have the same time zone either. Just google a time zone converter if it bothers you that much.

If you look past the salt and rage he does have a point.

Whenever a game that is based in america goes down for maintenance its usually during core euro playing hours and many players see that as the techs and developers and publishers just not giving a rats ass about them which too be fair considering this happens a lot is a fair assumption to make.

This though is a bit weird when they have two separate mega servers to bring down separately which they have done in the past.

Unless something Idk has happened.

Way I see it, considering it's a different time for everyone in the world, I don't know what the schedule could be changed to where there is no one being shafted by the maintenance times. I'll admit, my previous post just came from me being tired of the unfortunately common "lol americans are all stupid" trope that I see absolutely everywhere. Apparently we're the rude ones too with that in mind. I'll just end this thought here so it doesn't get more off topic, hope the server gets back up soon so this madness goes on pause until the next maintenance.

Actually, many people regard America as refering to USA. When people are refering to the American continents, they tend to use 'North America' or 'South America'. I really do not get how you can be so pedantic on this particular point.

It is pretty obvious that they do use the word America to refer to the US, but this does not mean it is correct language wise.

With the amount of maintenance and down time ZOS creates you would think many issues would be fixed at some point however, with ZOS guess there is a problem. They might want to think about making some employee changes.The problems with game performance issues has just got old as well as the constant long maintenance times that fix very little and cause more issues.
