After testing I have discovered that this sets proc cooldown is NOT per enemy. So if you have 4 guys wailing on you only one will be blinded and miss for 5 seconds every 10 seconds.
It may be better for single opponents, but for multiple opponents you gotta believe that Hist Bark is better.

After roll dodging there is a period you will continue to dodge attacks it's called an iframe and the Crusader set extends this time by 0.3 secs
Dodge chance and dodge are so good because multiple attacks even those from multiple sources can be 100% mitigated by a single roll
Best test is you can dodge Valkyn Soriak Skull attack in VMA early like a whole second early and you will still side step it standing up after the roll. Very easy to reproduce. That's the iframe Windows that the Crusader set extends
