no animations visible, they do damage /mobs do die but it doesnt show

i have tried different settings in usersettings file it didnt solve the problem.

It looks like its no hardware problem or connection problem; i see the xp coming in when a mob dies but see the death animation 2 sec later, no heavy or light attacks animations visible but they do damage and immediately, no delay there so connection is ok, game runs very smooth except the issue with animations

my nb stands as described before with arm stretched most if the time, i see no staff attack animations and no class skill animations, elemental blockade is a feint glow on the floor; all skills seem to do damage. Even meteor is not visible

i also have a specific issue i havent seen decsribed before although i have almost all problems described, i see boss health bars go down slower than actual and the heath of bosses keeps dropping about 10 sec after they are dead until its at 0
