HR and its morphs are rarely used in both PvP, PvE, and is absent from RP Events due to its weakness. One morph (Lingering) should have a 1 sec cast time AND have the heal over time. The other (rebirth) should be an instant HoT. This would help the ever troublesome dilemma of ppl taking your HtD's and BoL's and giving Magicka Templars a reliable self-heal.
