My god thank you for someone commenting on "why there is no cool down on roots". He's talking ANY ROOTS. I use a destruction staff of ice... no cool down. Root all day long. I use my Dk and use talons over and over...no cool down. As far as I have seen and experienced there is no cool down timer on ANYTHING root related. I don't want to hear the comeback your can break a root, dispel it blah blah blah. Give the dam thing a cool down. A DK spamming this while another dpses you is plain kaka. Take it from one who uses it. I play my pet class sorc and send 5 pets at you while your stuck in endless ice...have fun trying to get away... my DK spams it while lashing you to death. Have fun escaping. It is annoying and deadly to most. As a user and abuser of it I still want it nerfed due to the fact nothing that keeps you in place or stuns should ever be spammed with no cooldowns . Period.

I just think that roots should be hard to apply. Talons' root is balanced. Bombard's root is not.

We should treat roots similar to hard CC's.Give them a soft/hard tag and give immunity according to that.

Perma Rooting in this game is toxic.
It's OP when used in a group setup.

Nothing worst than getting jump by 1 or more person while another is simply just rooting you forever and ever.

My #1 annoyance in PVP right now.

Well, the anti-perma root movement started in early summer 2014.. Me too, I'm for a general immunity for all forms of CC, especially slow and root, no matter if DK or Bow Skills..

Guess what ZOS is doing (since 2014)!?
