Anyone else experiencing a sudden loss of ESO plus benefits today? Gamertag Methadone Man. I submitted a ticket but we all know that won't solve anything.

    Yeah, my ESO Plus Renewal was today and shows that it will renew on 11 AUG 2016. However, all the DLC and +BOON/Craft Bag is inaccessible to me now. This is a joke. It happened to others in my guild as well about two weeks ago. How can you have an MMO with a subscription option that isn't even giving what you pay for? Grinding champion points without Imperial City Sewers is depressing.

    Folks....the sub isn't even in the actual store. I'm surprised it worked at all for any of us. But to be clear, Xbox one is drastically changing their store so perhaps ZOS missed the change and hasn't submitted whatever is needed or just didn't update something on their end.

    Who knows....all I ask is that they actually have Xbox put a real sku that is on Xbox.com as well as the store because right now it's hidden, only accessible via the in-game option which is suspiciously still a thing since the error at launch which was an announcement and then later the announcement that crowns didn't get awarded to a bunch of folks for months.

    Hey @Methadone_Man, have you tried restarting your Xbox One? I you have and it didn't resolve the issue please let me know.

    @ZOS_DaryaK I am having this same problem. I got my crowns, but did not get the buff, access to the dlc, or the crafting bag. Resetting has not helped.

    Yes, @ZOS_DaryaK I already tried that. I tried it twice this morning and it did not resolve the issue. I have restarted and cleared cache hundreds of times after the countless bugs/dashboardings that I have experienced over the last year of playing this game.

    The other poster may have hinted at the problem. My ESO plus membership also renews on the 11th of every month and today is the 11th. Here is a paste of the email sent to me:

    Benefits returned late last night. It appears that ESO plus is not active for a while on the day of renewal.

    I understand the suggestion to restart your console seems ridiculous. There is an issue where membership benefits disappear that is resolved by restarting the console. More recently there's been a different issue that caused ESO Plus benefits to not appear at all which should have been resolved late last week.

    When I checked your account, Method_Man, it appeared that your issue fell under the first category, not the second which is why I asked you to verify you'd restarted your Xbox One. I apologize for not being more specific with my first reply.

    ZOS support always so quick to point the finger and blame on troubleshooting the end user's side of things instead of owning up to their own shortcoming and fixing the freaking issues that a large majority of people are complaining about. ZOS actually troubleshooting and fixing things on their end seems like a concept they refuse to accept at this point.

    Their entire philosophy appears to be, "look, new shiny DLC... forget about all the things we broke and can't/won't fix"

    I wasn't laughing because the idea of restarting my console is ridiculous. I'm laughing because of two things: 1) 99% of gamers know that a restart solves many problems with game bugs and will automatically try it before submitting a ticket. 2) suggesting to gamers that we restart our Xbox is the developers first response to 99% of all tickets submitted, regardless of the nature of the problem and almost as if it's just and automated, reflex response and the person starting the ticket didn't even read the gamers original description of the problem.

    Have you seen the British comedy The IT Crowd? Every person who calls in to tech support, his first response is "did you try turning it off and on again?" You guys are the Roy and Moss of that show.
