Problems with Writ Containers since Dark Brotherhood release

1. Ever since Dark Brotherhood release, auto loot does not work when opening writ crates. This is very annoying when opening a bunch of writ crates on many different characters.

2. Every time you open a writ crate and collect the items, all of the other writ crates in your inventory get reordered. So you will have to continuously go back to the top of the list every time you loot one of your crates, when trying to do all of a certain survey map. This is also very annoying when doing multiple surveys on multiple characters.

I have already sent in tickets about these issues the first week Dark Brotherhood released, but the responses I get say, "Greetings,
We apologize that we have taken so long to get back to you in regards to your issue. Due to high ticket volumes, we will be unable to assist you further with this ticket. We understand this may be frustrating and we are disappointed that we are unable to deliver a Customer Service experience that is up to our desired standards."

I realize there are many more important problems that need addressed. But I do want to make sure that these issues with writ crates are known by ZOS so they can someday be fixed.

I just found these patch notes from another thread on the auto loot part.

"Opening a container from your inventory will now always display the contents of that container, even if you have auto-loot enabled"

Me and several other people i know stack our writ containers on many characters, and then open and do all the surveys at once. We don't have the time to do these daily on all characters, so we stack them for several weeks. This new change with auto loot not working on writ containers is a pain.

1. Please make auto loot for containers a toggle. That way, everyone is satisfied.

2. And the reordering of the writ containers, I doubt was intended. So please ZOS, in a future patch, fix the reordering of writ containers every time one is opened also.

I like when it shows the contents of in-inventory containers when I open them. I like autoloot for the world stuff but used to turn it off for containers. I don't want them to revert that change.
I would support a toggle of course!

Regarding the reordering, that annoys the heck out of me, too! I hope they fix it...
It happens when selling thongs, as well, if they have similar names. I have sold so many 0g items I meant to deconstruct because the 55g same-name item jumped higher in the list into the things I already decided not to sell when I sold the previous item. Meaning (1) I get to go through my inventory multiple times when selling, and (2) then I get to go through the buyback list several times (since that also jumps around). The vendor menus are easier to navigate than my bank inventory, though (which also jumps), so I do my selling first.

Yea, I noticed that some people like auto loot not working on containers, so I hope ZOS will implement a toggle so it can make everyone satisfied.

Oh wow, I typically don't have a lot to sell to vendors so I havn't realized that reordering of things happens when selling items too. That is annoying!

I am worried these problems will be ignored because of all the bigger issues currently, and become permenant issues.
