Interface and Unknown Player Glitch

I logged in today as soon as I finished downloading the update and found that everything was messed up.

Items in my inventory have missing text, the level requirements for them are wrong and for some reason it has different champion values next to the level requirements. However, all my items are still there.

I was given like 10 free attribute points and 15-20 free skill points for no reason, as well as three random costumes.

My champion points were reset, it says I have no active effects on my character when I should have a few, and my character level has disappeared.

It says I'm in an unknown zone, all npcs say "Offline" where their names should be and it says "TRACKER GOAL TEXT" where my quests info is located in the top right corner.

I can't delete messages in the mail or read what the messages say, but I can retrieve items and gold from them.

Does this usually happen after an update? Or am I the only one experiencing this?

@Neffari0us Restart your Xbox and it should work from then on. This update seems to require a reboot.

Restarting the game should resolve this issue. It may help to restart your console. Another user reported that a hard restart resolved this issue for him.

Thank you, I had to hard restart the console to fix everything since normal restart didn't work. But I just read the base game patch and now everything makes sense as to why I was given those free things.

@ZOS_DaryaK All of my characters are loading except my main in Orsinium. Hard restart did not work. What now?

@ZOS_DaryaK It's all good. After a little over an hour of crashing and rebooting, I finally got a load that allowed me to get out of Orsinium. I won't be back there soon. I was actually just about to submit a ticket if that load didn't work and it did. Thanks for the reply though!
