the book "letzte worte" (final words) can be found in cyrodiil, south-west of cropsford / erntefurt.
there is a camp with an npc who has a Q. but as I remeber there´s no need to do the Q. the book is somewhere in /near this camp.
coordinates: 67.4 x 64.1

"Funny Stuff, Sil" - part of Notes and Memos

This book is also one of the ones in the quest-locked area in Arenthia, the Tower District. Has anyone else found another way to get this?

Letter to an Aldarch at Torinaan, Auridon, is still unable to be interacted with in its proper location post-quest. [Rituals and Revelations]

Countless books found in Vvardenfell associated with specific quest points are now bugged, and cannot be found or read post-quest. They were apparently not implemented in the Edetic memory properly when the expansion initially came out, and the game didn't even register you read the books even if you did the questline.

The Excavation of Ouze and Mauloch, Orc-Father in Malabal Tor are still unavailable.

If memory serves correctly, this is found just before you and your group ascend the platforms to fight the Celestial Mage. I believe it is a note on a pedestal between the orbs that can be smashed for Vet Hard Mode.

Whats the trick for To Warlord Ice-Heart part of the invitation to orsinium quest chain? I have done the quest and it remains unread. when i go to the nominated location it is no longer available.

"Proven Moon Sugar Fertilization Techniques". The Lorebook addon reports it at a location in Zainsipilu. I'm not finding it there. Is it only available during a quest (maybe Hidden Harvest) and if so, does it have a post quest completion location?

It's received (in your inventory) during the daily quest Planting Misinformation, which can be picked up from Traylan Omoril at the Hall of Justice in Vivec.

One of my alternate characters also found "The Journal of Elias" in Dune (Reaper's March) and the game software would not display an Interactive Prompt for it.

This has occurred for one or two other lorebooks also, and I have reported them via the in-game /bug Submit Feedback feature. The failure to display an Interactive Prompt for some books seems to have begun after the release of Morrowind. If I recall correctly, it began before the release of Horns of the Reach.

Unless there is some other location where the same book can be found and read -- where there is an Interactive Prompt displayed for it -- then we can only report it until ZOS decides to correct the bug.

Why is the book in Cyrodill? Perhaps I am confused, but isn't "Elias" the name of the dying NPC laying on the ground near the bench on which the book is placed? The player's character speaks with him before he dies. .....

If I recall correctly, at least two of my characters have found and read "The Journal of Elias" at the location which your character and my fourth character discovered in Dune (Reaper's March). I am not sure about the third character, but the fourth one discovered that the game software now will not display an Interactive Prompt for that book (as I described in my reply to your original post).

Is it possible to obtain "Letter to Baloth Bloodtusk" and "King Joile's Orders to General Mercedene" books if you already completed "The Ashes of our Fathers" quest in Wrothgar?

Both books are available on a memory instance during the quest and I didn't grab them at that time. So, I paired with a friend, she started the quest but I wasn't allowed to enter the memory instance.

Anyone knows if there is any way to get these books?

And one more for the list... apparently "Snowmead's Missive" from Notes and Memos is unavailable after the quest Labor Dispute. I don't know how I got the quest, but it must have been in some other way than reading the note. My Lorebooks addon is still showing it (on the road between Fort Amol and Lost Knife Cave in Eastmarch), but it's not there. I've tried to find someone with the quest to group with to see if I can get it then, but no takers so far.

I do already have "memo to captain siro". but cannot tell where it was from. get no coordinates so I think it might be from a quest.. the letter is signed with "Magnus-General Septime Tharn, seventh legion"

I know where the book is, it's in Crimson Cove, next to the main boss room (at the upper level). If you have read the book, it's because you read it before the bug happened. I think the book is buggy since Thieves Guild DLC, but not sure.

Grand Sermonizer's Journal appears to have been updated with HotR and can be found inside the Kvatch Graveyard behind the church. Coordinates are 63.57

There are no books locked behinds alliance barriers... if the addon shows a book in base, its a bookshelf book and you can find it in the bookshelf of your base as well, just need to check regularly to get it.

Im also DC and just checked: I read all those books. Im pretty sure there was patch when they put additional copies in areas behind the gates... and actually i got screenshots of locations and coordinates either in this thread or a similar one on this forum.

Same. I'm EP and I've read all "alliance exclusive" books.

There are copies of those in accessible areas (admittedly, close to the enemy gates, but still accessible). The coordinates are shown by Lorebooks.
