Please, you don't have to tag me for every bug.
Actually, the purpose of my post was to report that my character has found all other Lorebooks and Eidetic Library documents in the Deshaan zone, which have Eidetic filter pins on the Map produced by the Lorebooks add-on. I doubt that I would have ever been able to do that without the Lorebooks add-on. So I wanted to thank you, and let you know that it has worked remarkably well.

That is, with that one character I've found and read all except the four that I described. There are also two or three more in a Deshaan 4-player dungeon that the character has not found and read (yet), but I don't know anything about their availability.

Thank-you for you comments about the four that are missing or unavailable, though. As noted in my post, I believe that the first two are the result of an error in the game software and/or in the database for the game -- so only ZOS can correct it. As to the other two, I doubt that I will ever find a way to get an Interactive Prompt for either one, at least not for each and every character that I play.

@Shadowshire haha xD nah, this is not how the add-on works. There is no way to access ZOS's coordinates for books. Every single book that you see in the add-on comes from a player report to the developer. It's 100% unofficial, which is also why making a screenshot for ZOS with an empty space where the add-on shows a book is completely useless. There are many books that the add-on shows in wrong places (like Martha's Journal, Vosh Rakh Orders, etc.) or doesn't show at all. It is a lot of work for the author to keep everything up-to-date, analyze all player reports and findings, etc.

If you want to find more books than possible with the add-on:

    - Play all quests thoroughly to know every piece of lore.
    - Read all books thoroughly.
    - Read the books you are looking for online. When you put all the lore you know together, it's possible to pinpoint the approximate area where to look for the book.

House Redoran Proclamation can be read in Balmora, it's in different places in the city, an easy one is next to the Inn entrance. It shines bright, hard to miss it.

Seythen's Journal Page is in the north of Vvardenfell, above Vos, but south of Kushtashpi, the daedric ruin there. Just outside the ruins there's a lonely scamp patrolling the letter.

There are problems logging into the PC/Mac EU server at the moment, else I would have given you a picture. If you still can't find it later, just find me in LND, and send me a message.

Thank you! I have no clue how I missed the proclamation.

I've done some updates to the UESP page http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Vvardenfell_Vvolumes

Ashlander Tribes and Customs - is there another known location apart from Captain Brivans apartment (since the whole house becomes inaccessible)
Wise-woman's Journal Page - is there a known post-quest location for that one?

Has anyone been able to find the Captive's Discreet Warning or Nicolard's Notes on Ruin Origins in Bloodroot Forge?

Captive's Discreet Warning can be found held by a dead lizard in the middle of the path, a bit further into the dungeon after defeating the hagraven boss, the spot has lava on the left, just before you meet the first 2 fire shalk's.

Nicolard's Notes on Ruin Origins can be found to the left as soon as you enter the door after defeating the hagraven boss. There's a note on the outside as well.
