@Qyrk Do YOU have Lorebooks addon? (this is what @gkmichelb14a_ESO meant...) when I went to get the book "To Whom it May Concern" it was marked by the addon. Have you checked the room that is AFTER Valkyn Skoria, that might be where that one is since you say you have scoured the rest of the place, I cannot personally recall exactly where that book was. Once Skoria is dead, and you head to his treasure chest, the door is right across from the chest. The only time your had to go in there was when your character did the story quest for CoA II.
@Mix I did it solo. I guess they just bug out.@Faiz_Azman I have not seen another copy of this book, the quest required the player to read it. Do you remember if you did this quest in a group and your group member read it? I am curious if this is what causes people to miss the books that are read during quests (or if they just bug out).
@AJTC5000 I found the book inside Eldrald Undercroft in Rivenspire. On a table just to the left as you enter the circular room with the daedric portal thingy.Any updates on "Tome of Daedric Portals"?
"Mercano's Journal" - part of the Personal Journals collection. There's a copy inside Naril Nagaia but it has an "Examine" prompt, and interacting just says "This journal states it belongs to a mage called Mercano". I believe it's part of the quest "Misuses of Knowledge" - any idea where I can find it?
@Mix
The knighting ceremony (rituals and revelations) - Shadowfen?

I just found Mercano's Journal inside the Mages Guild in Woodhearth, Greenshade, on a stool in front of the right fireplace
I can't get Anchorite Log, How Long Before The Echoes Fade, Slave Diary and Record of Taxation for Year End. I have done castle of worm quest and didn't read them. My lorebook addon points them to be outside of harborage but I can't find them at all.

Addon's author told me on esoUI that he planned on remove Rite of the Scion in a couple of weeks. This book is annoying as hell as it pops in most cities all across Tamriel (due to player reading it from inventory after being bitten). I don't plan on turning vampire anyway, so I won't have it.Hi, yes I have the lorebooks addon. What I meant was that the lorebooks add-on will not help for rites of the scion since some people read them while in blood matrons crypt (vampire quest) or some read them anywhere in the world - which is why pinpointing through the lorebooks add-on will not help.
