Battle levelling - more stats for low lvl.

It is by now well known that low lvl, up to lvl20 at least, get more base stats (mag/stam/hp), than a VR16. And way more than a battle levelled VR1.

Has ZOS confirmed this as intended?

Also, has anyone tested to find the exact numbers? How much exact base stat is granted, and up to which level?

To give an example of above, my lvl 20 magplar has 40k magicak, 23k hp, 16k stam, and 2700 SP with 1900 regen. These numbers are not mathematically possible within the normal rules of this game for NO CP play without undaunted, mages guild etc.

But your 20 lvl templar lacks of passives and fully-upgraded skills. It's fair.

Thanks for the input - i am however not discussing the fairness, as much as searching for more detailed numbers to clarify the exact nature of this aspect of battle levelling

When I hit V16 my magicka took a hit, it was always higher than It is now when I was battle leveled, there has to be something. Heck, I went to TG with my lvl 12 DK and he had like 35k hp when battle leveled.

I think it is to make up for what ^ said, as well as lack of regen, etc.

As far as actual numbers go, I am sure someone has crunched them by now.
