✭I can confirm that chests in IC sewers and city drop those motifs. I don't know if there is a timer, but it's not a big one if there is...
All chests in IC, not just chests from treasure maps. Dolmens are included

I'm thinking just regular overland chests since none match ths locations of maps I remember.
The non CP campaigns would be safer from most gankers. Though unless they respawn quickly, there are better locations to farm motif pages.
