Can't "revive here" - game-breaking bug

    @ZOS_GinaBruno can you confirm you've pinpointed the cause of this issue? Is a fix imminent? I've sat out a number of trials runs with my guild because this bug is so annoying.

    We had someone in our group with that bug. Luckily we could help them. Would suck for solo stuff.

    My issue is that npc no longer talk at all.

    Latest response from tech support by email today was, "We will roll out a fix as soon as possible."

    No fixed date given through.

    Been chatting with Customer support for a day or so now and all methods haven't worked. They did ask if I had any points into Soul Summons (i do 2/2) and one thing I would like to try is removing Soul Summons skill points but at my level that's going to cost me 11,700 gold on something that might not work, so I'm pretty hesitant to test. If someone has a low level char to test on let us know please.

    I never put my points on Soul Summons and I cannot revive.

    Someone who had this issue told me it can be fixed by stacking several soul gems stacks but it didn't work for me.

    Getting the same problem here, it's really frustrating having to explain to everyone I group with that this bug effects me. just makes me feel like a burden when i do die.

    Well, thats frustrating.

    UPD:
    We believe we've finally found what's causing this, thanks to some volunteers that let us borrow their accounts. We're working on a fix now, and hope to get it into an incremental soon.

    From my CS ticket: "For now, you will need to wait 15 days from the time it began for the revive function to work properly".
    Really hoping for a quick hotfix patch this week if it's only one line of code. Not being able to revive is really really frustrating.

    Why 15 days? Is is some kind of lunar influence thing?

    Interesting - can anyone think of anything in the game that currently has a 15 day cycle?

    Came to this thread hoping for something, just got Thieves Guild patch on console and this exact issue is happening to me right after patch, they come up with a solution yet? This seriously effects gameplay!

    Yup. Same here still. Harsh language, begging or pleading doesn't appear to help either.

    So glad someone else also has this problem... Ok that came out wrong xD
    LOL, I just mean, I was worried they wouldn't fix it if it was just one guy having problems.
    But yeah, same issue, only wayshrining works.
    I really hope this gets fixed soon, I mostly play solo and in delves or at dolmens, it's really annoying when you have to respawn miles away from where you were :cry:

    I can't remember, but it started either with TG or the first update after it. I'll check when I submitted my first (of many) tickets lol

    Ok first ticket was submitted on the 9th of March, so it's definitely that update.

    Also just saw the 15 days thing, it's been more than 15, I still can't revive.

    They mentioned this bug today on twitch and said they hope to have it patched Tuesday.

    When it happened to me it was several weeks ago before the Thieves Guild was released on PC. At that time I didn't have soul gems on the character, but I do have soul gems now and still cannot "revive here".

    I got this first time today. In IC sewers. Was there yesterday with another of my vets, had no problem self-ressing then. Does being revived by other players work, is that bugged too?

    You can be revived by others or res at a wayshrine. Only ressing in place seems to be bugged.
