Build Simulator / Theorycrafter?

Is there such a thing out there? I am thinking of a system where Armour, Enchantments etc. can be build and taken into effect as well. It will calculate and give you your entire final character sheet with max mag/stam/hp, spell power, wep power, resistance etc etc. based on everything from race, passives, equipped skills and equipment.

Is my dream utopia?
