Also with a high enough pool you can still use it 7-8 times before running out.
A good combination is to streak twice then illusive mist then streak twice etc

Exactly... people can use a variety of buffs when using scrolls. It was (rightly) made impossible to streak with a scroll because we could previously streak forever, but now that isn't possible I think it's only we can now use it while carrying a scroll. It just makes us viable scroll carriers again, because we can defensively re-position ourselves etc. If someone tries to actually run away with streak they will end up consigning themselves to death.

If I have concealed weapon on my bar, I'm better of with rapid and cloak instead of rapid and sprinting. I did it yesterday 2x with the scrolls and it was as fast and especially more sustainable than sprinting. But noone is talking about nerfing or anything. So no worries mate, you don't have to jump in and defend the class. It is just a fact that this is possible and it doesn't make sense to not let the sorcs streak now that streak is nerfed anyway.
I play all classes btw, so don't you dare trying to tell me I'm just a QQer or whatever.

Use boundless armor, same speedbuff as stamina nightblades (with rapid manouvers/bow roll/double take) have atm.
Diffrent thing with magicka nbs spamming cloak+doubletake while having concealed slotted tough

I do if I am running it of course. My main concern though is if I am engaged with it. Fair enough before it was fair enough not being able to streak because I could just streak away from the whole zerg and job done. I love all the NBs here that don't even know their fecking class giving advice to people.
Every magicka NB has Concealed Weapon. Concealed Weapon gives you 20% extra speed when invisible or stealthed. That effect stacks with speed buff (Rapid Manoeuvres, Double Take etc.) Which means that when you cloak you move 20% faster than anyone else and it also works while carrying the scroll. That's what Lastobeth is talking about.
The argument is since people don't Bolt more than 3-4 times now, should you be able to Bolt with scroll? The prohibition was put in place at the time when Bolt had no increasing penalties whatsoever. Now it does. Being able to scroll a few times every 10" will let you move faster, but not faster than a Magicka NB on average (or any stamina build that can sprint almost infinitely).
So what is the issue?

Yes. I am glad you're managing to keep up.
Shockingly my guild which used to be able to run two full raids and battle all day/night long vs other large groups is upset that the content they enjoyed isn't there any more.
I'm pretty sure we covered on the other page that you have your view on what's enjoyable PvP and I have mine.

I think you are vastly overestimating the impact a few extra mundus stones have on people's enjoyment of the game compared to running around in a 40 person zerg. The fact that you mindlessly defend that based on your own personal dislike of other players is quite frankly hilarious and just about sums up how irrelevant your opinions are.
This is related to beeing able to use streak whilst carrying a scroll... how? He never even used dubble mundus anyways.
I will just asume you prefered running arround with 999 ping and 5 fps in 1.6 over having a playable game where someone got a extra mundus which isnt doing anything.
