Exactly what I was thinking...who cares about changing names when we can't even see them in game.

Yes please appearance chance, but no to paying for it in crowns. But i wouldn't mind to pay for certain new hair stiles and skin options, alliance change, race change and entire skill reset.

How about Class changes aswell? In my opinion it would be very useful so i don't have to keep making new characters and then go through leveling them up.

I'd like to see done by entering a modified version of the character creation routine, triggered only by visiting a "reconstruction" NPC in the outlaws refuge in each starter zone. Payable either with gold or crown store scroll.
