Cross faction group finder for dungeons

From the imperial city presentations I remember that the group finder would be made cross faction for dungeins at some point as a quality or playing thing. I got the impression it was with this patch till @MissBizz corrected me on that. So when are we expecting to see or test that? Would be extremely helpful if it was just on PTS given the low population and how many are just in PVP.

Well from their presentation, they introduced it as part of the systems they are working on for future content, not as part of the Imperial City update.

I would love to hear as ETA (estimated time of arrival) on this as well. I do realize is was part of the "future" things that obviously they were not ready to give us dates on, but as soon as you're ready to give dates, I'd love to hear it. Even - is this expected within 1 year from now?

I understand that this was a "future" update to look forward too. but I cant imagine this taking too much time to optimize. its not like they're building a whole DLC. I do understand that I sound naïve, I don't understand computers or programming, but this doesn't seem like too large an obstacle, when compared to other things this team has accomplished

Timeline wise, this was suggested as "after Orsinium". Note that's not "after Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood". Take from that what you will.
