Why my EU characters not on the PTS?

whats wrong? where is my characters again?
how to transfer them?

It is currently the NA server characters which are on the PTS. When that changes, ZOS will update this thread.

I've emphasized the important bits from the first post of the thread @Enodoc mentioned above. I fail to see how this is discriminating on the part of the team ...

In the past, they've been using alternating copies of either EU or US at different times. Still not discriminating, though, because everyone gets a shot of testing new stuff with their characters. For everything else, there's templates.

PS: Please note that the last update is from May, since the current cycle (IC etc.) hasn't started yet.

Players have never been able to copy anything by themselves. ZOS will update the PTS character DB with copied data from both live systems from time to time, usually before a new testing cycle starts. As I said, this has been done on a rotating basis in the past, e.g. EU characters were copied, then wiped after a few days, then US characters were copied, then wiped again, rinse and repeat.

Gina's announcement from last May reads like both copied char DBs had been available simultaneously last time around. For the upcoming tests of the Imperial City, please wait for the official announcements.

@KhajitFurTrader They weren't. It was still only one at a time, but during the testing period they swapped which one was copied quite often so everyone had a chance with their own characters.

Yeah, live character databases tend to get quite large for some reason.
