Not actually doubled, mind you, but those values are staying the same, while damage done and damage taken are getting cut in half.
So you'll be able to spend more time heavy attacking to get back stamina... so hopefully your attackers are in melee range... if you're getting hit by ranged you'll need to rely on Dragon Scale/Defensive Posture more often than is currently needed.

Oh trust me there will still be twoshotting .
With My troll-sniper build I can put out over 30k in two snipes easily. Without Fully buffed even. + if the target is vamp its even easier.
Its a 30% dmg decrease as there already is a 20% atm in cyro. Check the damage on some Ppl (not the low VRs in the beginning)

Only diffrence will be that it will not be as easy to pull off.
Why should I use heavy armor when any decent player have 20k penetration? With all reinforced heavy armor + Buffs I have 29k armor and spell resistance. When someone debuff me I have 23k. I will ask again why should I use heavy if it is not for the block cost reduction? Oh I am not going to block all the time in 1.7. Better use medium or light for cheaper skills and better regens.Eh, tanks will still be around. Just need heavy armor on everything to be one. If anyone remembers 1.6 when it first came out on PTS... Pop Unstoppable while wearing full Heavy Armor and you were just that.
