FIX THE GAME AND GIVE COMPENSATION.

Ok, I am TIRED of this, TIRED, every time I try to play the game is error after error, I get kicked out of the server at least 20+ times in periods of 2-3 hours and sometimes it happens in the middle of a battle or during a quest or just walking around, so when I reconnect my character is dead, losing armor durability which means that I have to pay (coins) to fix the armor and get sent to a wayshrine away from where I was which means I have walk all the way back to wherever I was (waste of time) or simply use a soul gem wich also costs coins.
Also during campaing, after a long walk from one castle to another since you cannot travel to the enemy's forts or to your own if this one is under attack, I get disconnected, everything freezes, enemy kills me and I cannot do anything about it and back to a wayshrine, so, are you guys going to give me back all the coins I've spent fixing my armor or using soul gems for your fault? You understand what a waste of time is to walk from a place to another to get disconnected, killed and sent back to a wayshrine? Really annoying and not fair. I pre-ordered the game so I've playing (or at least trying) since day 1.
I paid to get PS Plus to be able to play this game, but I can't! Im not rich, I have to work hard to make money so what's the point if I cannot play it?
Now yesterday, it was impossible to get into the EU server, I tried since the afternoon and nothing, I would have played in the NA server but since it did'nt work on day 1 I had to create a character in the EU server to start playing and I cannot switch it to the NA server because for some reason you dont allow it (you should work on that and make it possible) and I simply dont want to start a new character from scratch. At first I tought It was the PSN but it was back up so... To no one's surprise, it was the game.
At night (ET) you guys posted in twitter and the forums that you were happy to announce that the problems in the EU server were fixed, this was A LIE. It worked for like 2 hours, went down again and then NOBODY posted any more information about it, AT ALL! People were talking in the forums but no signs of Bethesda o Zenimax. Pretty irresponsable I would say for saying that you fixed and problem and then, when the problem comes back, you just ignore everybody or whatever.
Today, finally logged in after several attemps, 10 seconds passed and got kicked out, tried again, reconnected and my character would not do any attacks, or crouch or spells, just walk, 10 seconds later, disconnected, tried again, reconnected and I was in the middle of an alliance war, so since all my character could do was WALK, obviously got killed, oh! And disconnected after 10 seconds, AGAIN. Patiently I tried again and the EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. So, in about 10 minutes the server kicked me out maybe 6+ times with my character being useless (just like your technical support).
I've been patient, I love playing the game, WHEN IT CAN BE PLAYED which is rarely, but this is just too much, Im just so annoyed and angry about all of this. When you create a game like this one you have to be COMPETENT and PROFESSIONAL, but this is just mediocre. So why would you release a game that after being out there for a year on PC and beta being done, is not ready yet? Why? It's like a car factory releasing a car with brakes malfunction, why would you do that? Fix it first, then sell it.
Come on guys, how long is been since day 1? Plus! The game is been out there for over a year for PC and still the same problems again and again and again every single time I play, is exhausting, is unfair, is unnacceptable. I paid for a working game, not this, honestly, so I want, like many others, the game to be fixed soon and also, that all of us get PROPERLY COMPENSATED somehow for all the trouble, wasted time and money.

Reeko✭✭✭✭What is your internet connection like? Are you using wifi or are you plugged in? Have you reset your modems cache lately? Is your PS4 HD full or near full? All of these things can cause the problems you are having. I personally don't have these issues. So i'm afraid i can't be more helpful than this.2 -

Lucky you! I have send them E-mails and they told me everything you just said, so I checked all of that each time they told me to. The wi-fi, the ps4, etc. I borrowed GTAV and Destiny from a friend and can play them just fine online with no issues, so no, it is not my internet or my console. If you dont have this issues my friend is because you did not try to log into the EU server yesterday for example. Or you're not playing since day 1 when people had to change from a server to the other to be able to play.
It is good that you are not having any issues! There is hope then that someday me and many other will be able to say the same thing!English is not my native language.1 -

No, it is not. If you read everything I wrote you can see that I said that I can play other games online without a problem, like GTAV or Destiny. Guess what? I can watch youtube and netflix as well without a problem. It only happens with ESO. So no, it is not my internet.
So on day 1 everybody's internet was the problem? Not the servers? Or yesterday when the PSN came back up and the game still did not work? Or many other issues that people are having with the game? That I've read in these forums? I'm sure not.
I love the game, I'm a big fan of it and of Skyrim for example, but that does not mean I have to blind myself about this issues and say 'oh, It is just my internet, I need to get better internet." No.English is not my native language.0 -

I have very similar issues. The game will freeze for a few seconds, then force close. Some days it's only once or twice, others though.. 5+ times an hour. F**k me it gets tedious.
Customer support also tried to tell me it was my internet, but after playing WoW for years on the same hub with 0 connections issues, I can make a safe assumption it's on their end.
PVP is by far the worst for it though, in the midst of a massive siege it will freeze, then crash. I'll log back on with extreme difficulty only to find my character dead on the floor, and the battle over. My pc runs the game very smoothly on ultra-high settings, I even tone it down a touch when in Cyrodiil but it makes no difference. I feel your pain mate.

I've seen more crashes, disconnects, and lag after this last patch than I have in the weeks prior. Everyone is talking about it.

ESO requires high bandwidth, you have data from the servers about so many more players and there is so much information that has to be passed to your console. This is not the same as a high def Netflix show.
Try a wired connection, that may be all you need if your bandwidth is high enough to comfortably play destiny.
ESO will kick you for low ping. You lose a few packets over WiFi and you get kicked for low ping.0 -

Is there any game this days that does not require a high bandwidth? I do not know, just asking, but doubt it. You say playing GTAV and ESO are very different. What about Destiny? I play that as well without a problem, you think that game does not have a lot of players as well? GTAV and Destiny have been out there for a while so I hardly believe they have less players than ESO. Just saying.
Some of you are so stubborn. Just because you are not experiencing the same issues as I and many others are, it does not mean that they do not exist and our internet is the problem.

Who said the game is Skyrim? It is obviously not, Skyrim is not an online game...
Like I said before I would have played in the NA server with everything was a mess in day one so, since I did not wanted to waste my time and money and I just wanted to play the game I started a character in the EU server and now I can not switch it to NA something that I think they should make possible at some point. And dont want to star a character from scratch just yet. So they got me into this, I just ask for them to fix it and to give a proper compensation for all of the troubles, wasted time and money that lots of us experienced.
Ok, I respect your opinion about MMO always having problems but in MY opinion that does not mean that I just have have to deal with it. No, I will complain because the problem is that you just get used to it and assume it is normal so the developers say "oh they all know we are never gonna fix problems because they will always exist in MMO so just forget about it".
And at least fix sombe of the issues before releasing the game, do not release it with all this problems.
Did you know there are people still waiting for their imperial edition and explorers pack? They want to play with what they payed for, they dont want to play with a Khajiit, they want to play with and Imperial and have experience boost, etc. but they cant and it is been over a month. So should we just tell them "relax guys is an MMO and this is gonna get fix at some point or maybe never"?
This people payed, PS Plus membership for example and they just wasted a month of it, you think that is fair?
If people like you dont change your mind and start asking for what all of us want which is a game that works without any problems, then it is never going to happen. This is 2015 not 1995, problems need to start getting fixed.

Sorry but no, you DO NOT need a PS+ membership to play ESO. I don't have one but my husband does and we both get disconnected at random times and sometimes both together. Having a PS+ membership makes absolutely no difference seeing as this game is subscription free.
I usually just go off and do other things if there are issues.

Bruce-Cambel✭✭I played from day one on ps4 and yes there were constant disconnects, new game release and all and everyone wants to play. Played for a while on EU, didn't like the attitude of the server so switched to NA with no problems. You might want to play around with your DNS settings if you can't connect. I have bugs too such as the jump impale on the templar sometimes gets stuck in the animation not letting me do anything else except move, I posted a vid up on youtube of it and now I've noticed it with the DK but using the shield bash. Must be something to do with the dash strikes bugging out, also sometimes my skills don't activate but oh well.
As for Destiny, I guess you never played it from day one and GTA for that matter. More disconnects, crashes and game stopping bugs than this game but some of them got fixed.
With regards to the PS+, if you have your account setup on another PS4 who has PS+ you will get PS+. I know this as I logged in on my friends to play Diablo III and never renewed my subscription but when I got home I had PS+, just can't download the games. It is because my friends account on his PS4 is the master and there is a setting to allow all other users to use the benefits of said account i.e. PS+, and as long as my account remains on his PS4 with an active PS+ sub, I still have online access.0 -

you cannot play multiplayer games via PSN without a PS+ subscription. you can play ESO without an ESO+ subscription. I have the same issues with connection and I also play ffxiv with almost no problems which leads me to believe it's on their end not my Internet.
Also. You have to have playstation plus. As long as one person on your console has it, it counts for everyone else on that console which is why some can play without it1 -
