Is the 15gb patch the old patch and new, or just new?
So my question is, are we going to have to re-download all previous patches every time?
I think that re downloading the 15gb patch (which is only going to get bigger) will upset a lot of people if bugfixes are going to be a weekly thing for a while.
Also, I'd advise moving the EU maintenance and updates to early BST morning, like on pc. It was nice waking up and seeing maintenance was all over with, and ps4s and xbones would dl the patch (or at least start) by the time people want to play.

ZOS_AlanGadminToday’s PS4 patch size is 15.9GB in size because it also includes patches 01.01 - 01.03.
