I can see how successful and skillful that must be by the usual color of DCs Forts in Cyrodiil. I understand your concern about "Zerg lag". It's not a Zerg, it's teamwork. I don't run 60 deep.I prefer fighting more numbers ~ Its challenging, more fun and takes more skill to do. Countless times ive solo/smallman defended / ninja'd keeps from 20+ enemies as a DC. Thats way more fun than defending it with twice more numbers than its being attacked. Pls leave DC alone! We dont need another zergball lagging zones.

It depends on the campaign. Haderus has been rocking the past few weeks with totally balanced action & numbers. Blue has had most of it even though we had very low numbers at times, thanks to those few *good* defenders that manage to remove the 20+ PUG threats. Ofc, we cant challenge *cough* an organized zerg ball of springs, aoes and purge *cough* when it comes to farm Emp, but yeah.
I hope your guild will even the numbers on 30 day campaigns! ~ Good luck!

Playing DC means that we're used to being on the bottom and having to claw our way to the top. This is what made DC such a nice haven for solo and small group players. So I really hope you all don't come to DC and ruin that. If you can respect the way a lot of DC players play and prefer to play, then welcome and thanks for coming over. But also remember, DC doesn't need a hero....you'll learn how DC players are shortly ;P

You say DC players like it this way, but I'd put forward that the dwindling DC population tells another story. No ones looking to be a hero, but we do want to help impact positive change if we are able.
I dunno off hand, by I'd be happy to look it up in game for a small fee.Teargrants wrote: »

Yes please do lvl that sorc. Supreme Dictator BulbyBear has named me sorc lead in his infinite wisdom, so I will now be responsible for all of our sorcs, watching over them and chastising them for not blinking far enough or running useful skills like negate.Cool of you guys to do this. I need to level up my blue sorc, so if any of you guys is interested in grinding lemme know!

Actually vehemence has shown up on my home turf a couple times and we have successfully warded them off in Thorn, then we moved to hade, and held that campaign for a week or so against both pugs and the occasional guesting guilds from red and yellow with some quality players around. So saying, "they're just pugs" as if that's the complete picture means you haven't really spent time in haderus, or have a strong understanding of who actually plays there.
It was still a good feat considering that AD would try to nightcap around 4AM every night.
Surprisingly... not everyone likes playing in chillrend, so we have to go elsewhere for fun.

By the massive amount of complaining I see about it, I'd have to assume the majority consensus is that most of DC doesn't enjoy it as much as you do.

Greetings Scipio, it will be quite some time before we will be at "full" strength. But we are hoping to have some PvP raids soon, I have most the guild almost all V5. Now V14, with undaunted passives, barriers, speed, caltrops, purge, all gold gear and glyphs, etc. I'm not asking anyone to be Raid Ready until middle of August close to when the next changes are coming. I definitely want to be "fully" ready by then.Publius_Scipio wrote: »Commander Bulbasir, what is the approx ETA of you and your team having the gear and champ points to enter Cyrodiil at full strength?

Personally, I will really miss everyone I'm leaving behind in EP.
Havoc is a great guild full of amazing people and I'll miss working with them on the battlefield. I love all the old Hijinx guys, will always remember Bloodthorn and the good times there. To everyone else I've worked with as a Vehemence raid lead--SoTP, SWP, SoS, Nexus, Sandy, Frozn, and all the rest--I wish you all the best in battle, I'd rather be fighting with you than against you. But if this works out and factions even out a lil more as a result, I think it will be worth it.
Plus, we'll always have Paris.
