Eclipse bugged?

Just got eclipse on my non-vet templar and I've had quite a few times where the spell doesn't want to cast while I have enough magicka and am in range. Is there a known problem with Eclipse?! and maybe a known work around?! :P

it's counted as a CC. It can be broken and will give CC immunity. If the target has CC immunity, that's when the skill won't cast

Yeah I know, but there was no animation, no feedback at all.. my character just didn't want to cast the spell.. with immunity you normally still do your spell but it doesn't "stick" on the target afaik.

First thought it was improper aiming on my part, but backlash did cast fine.

It is broken in more ways, it if someone use talons when eclipse on they get 800% run speed.
Sometimes when i was targetted and hit CC break all my skills went unresponsive, had to use double escape to get back to use it.

Not sure why its hard CC, buuuut i don't care, don't use the skill anyway, and in pve it works. But pvp meh.

It's a skill that's buggy, hard to use and often useless in PvP.

That's exactly what happens if you try and cast Eclipse on an immune character. If you install one of the combat addons you'll get an 'immune' notification to go with the non-cast.

With all the CC running around in Cyro trying to hit someone while they're vulnerable is near impossible (although on the flip side, with so much CC running around I feel the immunity period is also too short at times).
