I feel to many people kick and scream nerf without ever playing the class at vet level. I would suggest reading other forums maybe watch some you tube on the area you are having trouble with right now. There are many different forums the info is out there to help you. Nerfing every class is far from the solution.

What really ticks me off is that you can be on top of a Sorcerer and his BoL can be 10 meters away, yet it will still suck up all your my projectiles. That's just wrong.

Oh realy? Gues what... Sorc has only two eficient damaging class skills and just one can be used against sorc that uses BoL, and gues what again... We still can kill him even though that this skill can not be spammed! Its some kind of magic unaviable for all the nerf threads authors - we call it brain. I will give you a tip - when something absorbs spell projectiles, dont use spell projectiles against it. I know it is complicated but i think u will manage somehow...

Surprise Teagrants with same Nerf Sorc thread joke. You can't stop the inevitable. They are OP and will be beought down to reality. Maybe I should take the time and look at who use to cry for DK nerfs. I wonder how many of these Sorc defenders are on those threads.

You might want to take a look at medium armor stamina templar builds, they tend to be a lot stronger than magicka templars.

Ball of lighting only works on one "ball" at a time. That means that if a sorc spams it the most recent "ball" only works when the others fade away. It has it's limitations.

Templars are probably the least suited to be solo roamers. They lack top-end burst, and they're not especially mobile unless they go vampire.

However, Templars are probably the most valuable members of a group, as they do have burst heals. They can also build a magicka spec combining good damage with top-end healing, as spell damage works for both. Templars are critical for organized PvP play.

I think your view on where Templars stand on the "Awesome-to-Garbage" scale will depend on your playstyle.

the best solution for the OP and his many "nerf" threads is to move to a game that actually focuses on pvp. this game does not. most pve/pvp mmorpg's have pvp as an afterthought. move on.

@BugCollector, if you're going to call for nerfs, at least take the time to construct a viable argument. In the interim, please consider what most of us do and that is to NOT use spells against a sorc running this - but a gap closer when there's no lag or other counters.

Agreed! Calling for buffs on the templar class is ridiculous. And a buff to a NB(as I am one ) would just be to much. NB's can already destroy anyone in a few shots, or tank 10+ no problem and you want to buff them? As Scandon has stated your argument is not well thought out. Seems this is a L2P issue.

Ball of Lightling, even if you, reader, think that it is OP, is perfectly balanced and it is simply needed because everybody wants to kill sorcerers..!
We need at least 5 consecutive Ball of Lightnings, as it is our dam.. right of birth to have this skill because anything less would destroy all our builds and most of our self-defense possibilities!

ZOS, please do not nurf BoL! People claiming that it is unfair are all trolls and have no embedded, deeper understanding of class balance! A class able to port much more times than once is absolutely balanced! As other classes can run as fast as -let's say- 5 consecutive Ball of Lightings.
-Whatever- you do, please leave us at least the "Double Ball of Lighting"! This is SO important, that I even can not put into words why.

Do not listen to whiners, ZOS! They will quit your game anyways sooner or later, WHILE we (sorcerers) will stay with you!
What would round our class up, would be a "port anywhere" skill, which teleports you to any chosen point of the map. (Do not forget to make the second cast more expensive, so that we can "defend" this skill for years, as not being owerpowered!)
