Empty Containers Since 4/13/15 Patch

I've been in Rawl with my V14 and I am in Vulkhel with my lvl 15 and running into the same issues. The containers are empty. They appear to have items in them, closed doors, drawers etc but when I put my cursor over them it says empty. I've repaired and logged out several times and nothing changes.
