Gamebreaking Werewolf Bug Please Help!

Okay so I got the werewolf quest, in my first try it was going fine but in the part where i was supposed to transform it just did the animation but nothing happend, my character got stuck like that my hands in the air, anyway i was running around with increased speed in human form and I had werewolf abilities in my bar but I couldnt use them. So I went out of the instance and abandoned the quest to try it again but this time It bugged out completely, the other werewolf guy didnt even talk when I entered the instance and quest marker also got bugged and didnt show me what I needed to do. Anyway I ran around the whole instance killing mobs in human form, I finally managed to complete the quest and got the werewolf skill line. Now i have both Sanies Lupinus and Lycantrophy and when I use the werewolf ulti ıt just does the animation but nothing happens so Its not just the quest bug my whole skill line is bugged I cant even transform. How do i fix this?

Oh... PrintScreen button will do better photoes.
Abandon quest, log out, wait 15-20minutes, log in, take quest and try again.

Well for some reason I took the photos with my phono haha Anyway It suddenly fixed itself Im okay now, thanks for the suggestion.
