There will not be any major updates for awhile now; that has already been confirmed; their main focus are consoles now. It won't be until long after console release / fixing issues with whatever breaks for console users, that we'll start to see progression again.

This is, largely, correct. We have stated previously that although we won't have any major content updates until after console release, we will still have smaller incremental patches to publish fixes.

Let me break this down further by reminding people that we are still two months away from the console release. The next 60 days are going to be very stagnant.

we would like it to be part of a regular update rather than a DLC. Nonetheless, PC players will test it out for you before M$/ony sign off on it.
