Welcome Back Weekend Problem

Hi All,

I received an email welcoming me back to ESO since I was in the beta and so thought I'd give it a try. I logged in to the website and downloaded the game fine but when i go in game to the login screen it tells me my "Login information is Incorrect", even though I have logged into the website fine.

Any help would be appreciated,

Did you get a new game code that you need to update on your account possibly? Or you may also need to go on the web site and accept the user licenses again. I had that issue in the past and accepting the user licenses resolve it. Hopefully it's one of those issues.

Heh, just saw the April 16th comment... lol Oh well, be sure that you've done both of these as well or you could have issues then!

Don't be embarrassed. I'm glad you did post asking as I was wondering the same thing and guessed it might not work until the 16th, but wanted to make sure.
If you got an email to say that they applied the code for you, you shouldn't have to redeem it. I got an email like that and tried redeeming the code just in case but it says that it's invalid.
As far as the licenses go, we should be ok too as that's the first thing it asks when you click play on the client.
