I have this problem

Hi, I'm new in ESO but I have just a problem.
When I start ESO, always it's ok, no crash and no problems, fluid intro video and fluid loading.
But when I arrive at the screen of the creation of the pg, I have this:

Someone can help me?

Could you please post some hardware information about your Mac here?

You can get this information by clicking on Apple Menu > About this Mac

OS X version, Mac model, processor, memory, and graphics are of particular interest. Please do not post serial numbers or hardware UUIDs (unique identifiers).

Does your Mac get very loud and hot while displaying the character creation screen?

Have you tried setting the graphics quality to Low (in Settings in the left hand menu), in oder to see whether the display error persists?

It's a Mac of the 2011, Os X 10.7, processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 4GB 1333 Mhz DDR3, Graphics Intel HD 3000 384 MB.
When i'm displaying the character creation screen it's not very particulary loud and hot.
Yes, I have tried to set the quality to Low, but the result is that the display error persists.

I try to start the game and I have the same problem, worse than before.


But I can play, fluid. I have only this "fog" and I can see only near the center of the display. This effect change when I move the visual with the mouse.

@Maeve24, sadly, your Mac's graphics system is below the minimum system requirements for Macs. The amount of available video memory is very low for a game like ESO. The Intel HD 3000 is an integrated processor graphics (IPG), so the amount of video memory (VRAM) gets deducted from the system's memory (RAM), bringing it below the required minimum as well.

From the hardware specs you've provided I've deducted that you have an early 2011 MacBook Pro 13" 2,3 GHz. You could try to upgrade the RAM to 8 GB (some sources say that even 16 GB are possible, but this doesn't seem feasible given the likely costs), in the hopes that a) the IPG is able to grab more memory for its VRAM, and b) the minimum RAM requirements are exceeded. But that doesn't change the fact that the IPG itself stays below the minimum requirement for ESO, and it's not guaranteed at all that the problems you're seeing will disappear.

I've tried to update my mac and graphics drivers and now I solve the problem!

What exactly did you do, if I may ask? New graphics drivers inherently come with new OS X versions. Did you upgrade to Yosemite (10.10)?
