Redguard Female Light. I think the new is just boring and terrible.

I'll check out the dark elf too :D

I hate all the mud flaps...especially the very unflattering floating hip flaps! Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Yep. Comparison pics. Scroll up to see the female version and Red Rook disguise. This is basically the same thing that happened to low level Redguard light armor.

    Oh myyy - terrible.

    PLEASE rethink this ZOS?

Maybe we should all leave a feedback?

I don't think it helps any more but - maybe?

ZOS - is there any chance of just leaving these changes out? Or something?

I don't think that's the reason. ESO didn't have any outfits so revealing that they could cause problems. Also, I don't see why consoles automatically mean more kids playing, but okay.

The most reasonable explanation seems to be that they want to sell us attractive outfits in the crown store, so they're uglifying existing ones. Pretty much the same thing they've done with XP gain. We'll see soon enough, when new costumes start rolling in.

we talked about it in guild and came to a theory about why they are removing all these boob windows.

Since the game is going to be released onto consuls, more kids will start to play it, and they probably wont wanna offend anyone with showing a little skin, even with a M-Rated game

One thing though, if people wanted to, they can still go "naked", so yeah there are still flaws in the theroy

Yeah, this is what I expect. In SWTOR, they took things that were low level and had no use at end game just people liked the looks of them, then my modifiable skin versions later on available on the cartel shop.

What level is that Redguard armor? My sorc was wearing a set that came in Redguard at V4 and she looked like a musketeer!

The seadrake disguise can be obtained again by just going to the location and killing one of the mobs.

I've done that a couple of times. Though as others said, it's changing in 1.6 and does not look as nice anymore.

Dunmer light is not as nice in V10+, unfortunately. At least in my opinion.

I did the Q so I have to do and do it on an alt :D - but not sure it will work ads the one ZOS mailed me doesn't work.

Is this true? I haven't been on the PTS, really. What's this about armour falling apart? Has the durability been effectively reduced? And what's the deal with soul gems?

If this is true, I think it's not a good sign at all.

I think all the light armor robes are fugly. I've seen gunny sacks with more style. Hate the hip floaters. It would be really nice to see some interesting necklines, bizarre sleeves, an ankle maybe?, and some skin. If you're a caster you shouldn't be so close to get hit so you don't need a whole lot of armor protection but something to distract might be nice. ;)

This seems the most likely reason. I've seen at least 3-4 threads now with people saying how they are almost universally disappointed with the new Redguard armour. Why did they even bother asking for feedback on PTS if they aren't listening? The current Redguard armour sets needed some smoothing out but overall the design was fine.

I'm really worried this is a ploy to bring the original designs into the cash shop as costume pieces. "Oh look, remember these old armour pieces? Well they're back for you to own once again!"

If so... who do I give "the look" to? You know the one that can stop a husband dead in his tracks frozen in dread... that look. Fear it.

In which way any of the armor of ESO was cattering 14years old kids? There is nothing inproper, over-the-top in the old redguard Light armor model. It's not because an armor is a little bit seducive, a little bit "sexy" (in a Lore fitting way° that's its made to catter 14y old kids. Seriously...That's really a amazingly short sighted argument.

Yes, it was showing off the belly, and had a little clivage. What's wrong with that? The way it was stylised, with several layers of clothes, large belt, silk fabric, and sandals, was properly illustrating the outfit of a desert-culture. It was elegant, seducive, mysterious, exotic!

The new model looks nothing like you would imagine from the Redgard. It's too warm, to blant, too boring. It looks like a Breton had to design a "redguard dress". Beside the better texture, the new model seriously lack of imagination, creativity. The previous model had really its unique style! I'll miss it dearly!
