Which AoEs are now blockable (1.6)?

I'm trying to figure this one out, given the patch notes and recent comments. Are all Ground-Targetted AoEs unblockable? I am wondering specifically about Blazing Spear, which is an AoE damage and stuns one player in the radius. Can you block that? Has anyone compiled a list of what is now blockable and not blockable?

    Ground based AoE only. From around or above, blockable.

    Stand in the fire/frost/lightning/poison , get burned...
    Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

    IRL'ing for a while for assorted reasons, in forum, and in game.
    I am neither warm, nor fuzzy...
    Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS

    From what i read, right now all AOE is blockable. They plan to make the ground-based AOE unblockable eventually tho(unless i missed a patch note and this is already in).
