No Crowns for MANY NA Accounts to test with

I filed it under Game Systems and Vendors, because it's a game system and technically it's a Vendor.

I reported it as soon as it didn't get fixed after relogging. Was just hoping for a faster fix with such a wide spread problem, so headed here to see what was going on.

Well a lot of people didn't... :-( I filed a bug report. but I'm not sure wich categories are right? I couldn't decide really.

I did notice that some people were riding around on Guar mounts with a pet trailing behind them - Is there still a problem where copied characters didn't get them or just limited to templates and new characters on pts?

I tried it on my level 3 US char (I am normally EU) and on templates. no luck.

I am on a MAC... seems /Bug does not work... just hangs on the last submit option.

No crowns either. Will bug report it. However the preview feature was a nice surprise.

I didn't get any either. Showing the same <<X:1>> figure for crown balance.
I tried all my characters. I also submitted a /bug and /feedback on it.

The Vendor category is your best bet for /bug. Thanks again guys, and sorry for the hassle. We'll take a look first thing tomorrow.

I saw a few people in chat saying they didn't get their crowns. I had no problem though. Was logged in on a new character I made for the PTS (level 11 when I opened the store). Don't know if that has any bearing on it, but thought I'd post it as an FYI.

I did, but the /bug function on my Mac client is doing the same thing it's been doing on live for the past couple months: hanging on the final screen, after I hit submit. Would it be possible to verify if those bug reports make it through to you folks successfully?

didnt get the crowns, was going to make a /bug, but no option for the crownstore in the sub-category, so what should we report it under, so the right ppl get it?

I have this dilemma about half the time I try to make out a bug report. Why can't we have an "Other" category for the times when we can't find an appropriate pigeonhole?

Having a template doesn't matter. I did /bug as well.

Same here. Doesn't matter whether I use my V14 Template char created on Friday night/Saturday morning, or any of my existing characters that were ported over from the NA server.

@radicalb21 tried using a template character and still no crowns. Unable to submit /bug as /bug and /feedback do not work on the mac platform. This is a known issue that needs to be fixed. This on both LIVE and PTS currently

I didn't have any crowns either but that's ok. After taking a look at the store I busted out in a fit of laughter. Really nothing in the store anyways for one, but the most shock and funniest thing was the high prices (I really thought you guys were not planing to charge so much for so little).

i didnt even get on yesterday to check it out. Anyone able to say what the prices were and the things available? Is all the crowns we get since early access to TU launch enough to buy ONE costume? If so, that means DLC will be higher than the 30 dollar mark lol GG ZoS GG

Um... I don't have a template character (I have a slight phobia of deleting characters on test servers after a bad experience with Cryptic)... and I did get 5500 crowns to play with.
