No Crowns for MANY NA Accounts to test with

I think you are still supposed to get them. I dind't get any yesterday, too. But today after the server went on again, I had them. So it seems this bug is kind of selective in the manner it chooses its victims. ^^ I think the best you can do is file another /bug ingame. :-/0 -

andreasv✭✭✭✭✭I tried and it worked with the transferred EU character. I had 11k crowns to spend.

No crowns here and my characters that had been transferred to the PTS are all gone as well as the template character I had already made. Made a new template just to check to see if I got crowns but no luck. Even logged all of the way out and back in yet still not able to use my copied characters or have any crowns.
Edit: Just saw the post about the EU servers being on the test server so that is cleared up for me now

After installing 1.6.1 and creating two different template characters (NA server so my personal characters were wiped) I have still not received any Crowns. The balance now just says 0 without the odd <<X:1>> that was there last evening. There is also a button now to purchase crowns, but it doesn't go anywhere.
I also ran a repair on the PTS installation, which made no difference.1 -

You do realize that ALL NA Accounts got wiped today right? Just sayin. ✭✭✭✭✭Okay, since the NA server data got purged, I've got about 3.5k remaining... which leads to a weird moment when I'm wondering... what's the justification for the store unlocks being server specific? I get with the consumables, that just makes sense. But, is there a reason why things like the crown store mount and costume unlocks are only for one server?0 -

Yeah, from prior posts, that's intended behavior... though, now I'm wondering "why?"
I mean the system is clearly set up to handle unlocks that apply to both servers (like the Imperial Edition and Explore Pack are still showing up for me.) So, then there's the question, well, why doesn't that Guar or the costume packs I bought last night?0 -

Hm. From your screenshot, I see you have the Imperial Edition unlocked in the Crown Store. I am one of the ones who DID NOT get their Crowns to test with, and my Crown Store says I do not have the Imperial Edition unlocked even though I actually do own it.
Seems like their account tracking might be fubar'd right now for this.

Now that you mention it ... same here. I have the Imperial Edition, but currently the Crown Store seems to think that I don't, even though one of the templates I created was an Imperial. Last night, however, the Crown Store recognized that I did own the Imperial Edition, and the choice was grayed out in the store and shown as an owned item ... not that it mattered, because I had no crowns to spend on anything anyway.0 -

Max2497✭✭✭I'm on the NA server. I had crowns last night and spent almost all of them with the intent of testing over the next few days. But when logging in tonight, I had my crown balance, but my items are gone. If I had known that was intended, I would have waited to use crowns tonight. Yandros✭✭Same issue as mentioned above.... No imperial edition recognized in store and I have Zero crowns.
Had to create a new template character as I had none available
Logged all the way out of the game
Logged back in and still Zero Crowns
the good thing is that the <<X:1>> does not show now, and is now an image of a crown :-)
