It's a big patch, and they are also copying over the NA character database at the same time, so...

At least the new client build is on the CDN and downloading in the launcher...

...everything else would be guesswork.

Ive been done with the DL for 1/2 hrs or so... just impatient i guess

I asked this question on the PTS patch notes thread and Jessica said they we getting close to opening the server.
