The best player will be the most OP class. At least for PvP, class doesn't matter anymore, the better player is the one that wins the fight, or survives to fight another day. You can't be OP in PvP anymore since it's large group Vs. large group, it's generally all about who has the tactics and numbers now.
For smaller scale PvP? Dragonknights/Templars because of their self heals, damage shields, and damage output.
Edit: This has always been the case imo, Templars and DKs were always the strongest classes in sustained PvP

@Cody I'm starting to think that when it comes to damage shields, you're just as bad as Columba and zergs.... Any class can do it. Any class. Any build. Healing Ward, Harness Magicka.
