one of my 6 alts a level 10 templar that is my cook alt causes the game to quit

and then I am back at the enter password point or sometimes at the launcher no errors or crash log and the templar is the only one i have this problem on it also is most frequently seen in the bank but not always when the banking window is open...
since it is only this toon i suspect the problem might be a corruption of some of here files i let repair run over night but the problem just happened again do i need to delete this toon and re roll her?

Are or were you in any (disbanded) guilds with that toon? There have been reports in the past that this would sometimes cause that kind of trouble, but it has never been a bug specific to the Mac client.

Ever since update 5, buy game quits all the time. You're lucky it's just one of your toons!

Are you using any add-ons? Does it still do this if you disable them all?

Open a support ticket. I recently had a situation where the game was crashing every time I logged onto a certain character. Filed a ticket and it was fixed within hours.

thanks i have done a ticket so we will see... no addons either
