Is the imperial city avaliable for testing by players on here?

As the title says, is the city available for testing by players on the PTS? or have I heard wrong?

    Nope, not even close atm. That'll be update 6-8, prolly later than sooner, update 5 is new facial animations and some other shtuff with things

    well I think some of the issues encountered in pvp have been fixed (unbreakable cc)

    they mentioned in ESO Live EP 03 that the cyrodiil sewars dungeon would be available on PTS, however i don't think that's the case

    The content for update 5 can be found in the patch notes for PTS. The Imperial City is not available in this update.

    selfish as I am for it, im gonna wait for the IC to pop up b4 I get on PTS. nothing else so far really interest me enough to hope on the PTS to try.
