Locking in slow-motion after fights

It seems that over 50% of the time, I lock in a position of the last skill I used or the last debuff I have on me if the enemy dies too quickly. Normally its just funny, but this time I was stuck walking permanently. I have also had it say you are fighting so cant use horse, as well as you cannot ride horse in this area even tho others are.
If it breaks like just now (perm slow walking) I have to keep going off the game and coming back on to fix it.
