Drowned Horde Decimator achievement

I just finished off all the bosses through Reaper's March (I'm EP), and should have the achievement for exploration. However, although I have done Wreck of the Raptor twice that I know of, and probably more, I do not have the Drowned Horde Decimator achievement. Killed the boss, the map shows white for that boss marker, but the achievement didn't register.
I posted a bug report in game, but I thought I might be missing something--perhaps you have to kill X number of the ghosts or something. Has anyone else noted this problem or something similar? This is the last item for that long list of achievements. I did it again this morning just to see if it would register. It didn't.
I would rather like to see that achievement, devs and customer service. Any suggestions?
