Constant Loading Screens

What is up with the NA server? I am in the AD and ping/fps are fine. Every five seconds literally I am hit with a two second loading screen. All I am trying to do is walk.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Well the loading screens have stopped but now I get constant five second roll backs. I literally stood in Auridon by a bear that could be attacked. I hit him once and he went poof, literally. Tried a wolf, same thing. My clanfear and twilight are reloading constantly for no reason moving around. I am not entering buildings or caves. Just walking along the main road.
My fps and latency are fine. I've done a cold start of my system, repair and sacrificed a few frozen chicken legs to the three in hopes it would help. I has not.
