    the V5 drops form fungal as well, still the shield is the only thing that drops from that set.

    Theres only 2 crafted sets with stamina regen in it now, and one of them has every regen anyways. Why the lack of stamina regens in the crafted sets, while there are magicka and health regens all over the place. Heavy bias to magicka is still there, even if there is some small improvement... small.

    they have no problem slogging out huge nerfs though

    It is also gives 14 weapon damage, which is more then Legendary glyphs oO

    Hello. I've just reached VR1, so I've never really looked at sets Pre1.3. I've searched everywhere for the best sets for my build, but they all seem to relate to pre patch information. Would anyone be able to advise me what the best Set combinations are, at VR1, for a Templar Staff Build Healer (Dual Resto or Destro/Restro).

    I'd really appreciate it

    It is on the elite gear vendor in Cyrodiil. Not the normal ones :).

    The elite gear vendor for EP is bugged and is not present in the current game which is why some of us cannot purchase this gear.

    I believe you can get ANY looted set in VR12 quality there.
    Atleast i happen to loot few martial knowledge piece with vr12 quality.

    Where do I get those? I have only found V6 purple items, not v12. (at Cyrodiil shop)

    Its a vendor inside the building with all the other vendors, she/he is called Elite Gear Vendor.

    BTW the cyrodiils light set only applies to spell with a cast time. Like crystal fragment or dark exchange.

    Or channels, like biting jabs, etc.

    I was planning to use cyrodiils light after 1.3, but they not only nerfed it from 30% to 25% less damage, it only Works With spells that has a cast time, wich I rarely use in a fight (basicly only use CF when it procs as Instant. The 2,3 and 4 pcs bonus is quite Nice on it tho, for a caster.

    sacrifice your soul you just earned back,
    and then you can go to cyrodiil, to the item merchant and buy the blue lottery bags for AP, and have 100% chance to have a desert rose set item (once, out of 1000 tries).

    There are a few treasure chests in Cyrodiil - not very many but there are some. They scale to your level. Unfortunately, the scarcity of the chests along with the inconsistent loot drop rates do not make them a very reliable source of gear. You would be better off buying the secret/mystery boxes/chests that are sold by the vendors at each faction's gates. Their supply is only limited by the amount of AP you have to spend and you are guaranteed to receive a set piece of something. With enough luck and enough purchases, you will be able to acquire a full set of what you're seeking but that set may not have the traits you desire, though.

    Yeah I spent about 450k AP and got the Desert Rose hat and shoes. I also got other PVP based gear from there (seen in the images on page 15).

    The bags are bought from light armor merchant either SMALL bag or LARGE bag. They cost 6200 AP per. To be honest, I don't think it matters which you buy. I received the Desert Rose shoes from a LARGE and I also received other set pieces of Breeches/Chest from SMALL.

    I did not, however, I have seen 1 or 2 guildies get 1 piece of Archmage. So for my 450kish AP I personally got Desert Rose Hat/Shoes, Alessian Pants, Robe of Overlord, and Alteration Mastery.

    My guildie spent about 650kish AP and received Desert Rose Hat, Alessian, Overlord, and Prayer.

    Both of us were going on the LIGHT line. So we spent total around 1.1mil AP and received a total of roughly 9 pieces.
