Insufficient permissions for world Error 325?

The only character I can create that will enter into the world is from the "none" catagory, which puts me in Wailing Prison.
I have tried "Trial Testing Template" and "E3 PVP Vet12 Ebonheart", both of which give me the message in the title of the post. I have the characters created, simply cant enter the server with them.
Any suggestions? Am I missing something? Or is this intended?

Getting this too... And when I try to create from "E3 PVP Vet12 Ebonheart" it lets me create the character but the character is level 1. And it says the location they're in is "Colovian Crossing" but it won't let me in game. I get this message: "Error 325 (6:3:804:2) Insufficient permissions for world."

Same, both the Trial Testing Template and E3 V12 EP toons are level 1 with the error. The Trial toon shows to be in Craglorn, and the EP toon shows to be in Colovian Crossing.

I can log into the brand new toon, but am not interested in doing Wailing Prisons just to get to new guild content...

Same issue with me as well, I submitted a ticket through CS and got an email in a few minutes.

Ok, I submitted a ticket as well, and this was the response:

"I understand that you are getting the error code 325 while attempting to enter the trial for Craglorn as well as the E3 PVP trial. unfortunately both of these trials have ended and this is why you are getting this error code. Although the option is still available, hopefully to be removed soon, you will not be able to participate in theses trials because the server is closed.

I do hope this helps remove any confusion you may have had previously. In the event that you ever have an issue you feel you need our assistance with, do not hesitate to contact us so that myself or a glorious comrade can arrive by your side with all due haste."

Though that is amazing response time, imo, it does not solve my problem.
Am I to assume I can only roll a new toon (level 1 Wailing Prison) this PTS?
This does not bode well with me testing the guild stuff as a guildmaster Nor does it allow me to test any colorings (having ZERO achievements).
Hope I get a better answer somehow....

Did you guys expect us to test from level 1 and start in the wailing prison? I'd assume you'd let us start at a VR level atleast so we could try armour dyes that aren't on level 2 clothing. If we're expected to test a level 1 character and work our way up and even try your new PVP campaigns then good luck getting anybody to test.

Ok, I had one character that wasn't parked in Craglorn. Being in the Rift, that character was actually able to log in.

Upon trying to use a wayshrine to port into Craglorn, it gave me a message on the top right corner of the screen that said I didn't have enough permissions to enter that area.

None of the new templates will load nor will any previously made character parked in Craglorn. Attempting to log in with any character parked in Craglorn gives me the same error code mentioned in this thread; just like the new template characters.

I submitted a reply to the ticket with the Level 1 entry relevance. Will try and update you peeps if I get a response. If I were a guessing man (and I usually am), I would suspect that the templates didn't load right for the new patch or something of that degree. Being PTS, I suppose I can be patient....I digress.

Sent in an email and got a reply saying PTS was offline even though @ZOS_JasonL‌ posted on the forums it was now online and it says it's online in game.. Go figure.

Just received similar mail. Testing has not begun for the guild and color aspects Just a little confusion happening, some jumping of the gun, and a little wasting of time, nothing to see here....

So, the fact that I can load a character outside of Craglorn is a fluke? lol. Not many colors unlocked due to lack of achievements on pts characters... but I can say some of the achievements certain colors are tied to will be annoying to get.

where was the location of the area you went to change armor colors?
edit: nvm found it in Mournhold in the alchemy lab building

sad to see that the seemingly darkest "black" is awarded through pvp though...

ok, i have error code 325, too. But i have created 6 Chars in my Test Account a few weeks ago with "Craglorn"-Template(v12). Only two of these 6 Chars i can login to the game. The Nightblade at Glenumbra and the Sorc at Auridon..

I am tested to create new chars with Actual Templates(E3..., Trial...). If i click on "play" after Char Creation there comes "Error 325 / You dont have any Rights at this World"

Okay, was able to create a new character and get in but couldn't use any of the templates. What's funny is the ebonheart templates are picking other faction races and keeps saying you need to choose a race from that alliance.

Please also look into the fact that characters in Aldmeri dominion areas other than Auridon cannot be logged in and players cannot fast travel to those locations, including by using the scout on the docks in Skywatch.
