arnaldomoraleseb17_ESO
I have created this thread to discuss about how Zenimax can Improve Heavy Armor. Please give your opinion and ideas.

My suggest:

Heavy Armor
Resolve - Reduce all damage taken by 1% per piece of heavy armor. Max bonus 7%.
Constitution - Increases Health Recovery by 4% per piece of Heavy Armor equipped. Max bonus 28%. AND Reduce skill cost (magicka/stamina) by 1% per piece equiped. Max bonus 7%.
Juggernaut - Increases Damage with weapon attacks by 1% per piece of Heavy Armor equipped. Max bonus 7%. (Not only increases weapon dmg, The skill should increases global melee dmg like downbreaker passive does).
Bracing - Decreases cost of blocking by 20% when a Heavy Armor set of 5 or more pieces is equipped.
Rapid Mending - Increases healing received by 2% per piece of Heavy Armor equipped. Max bonus 14%.

Really nice improvements for heavy armor guy, but I want to add another:

Immovable: actual description + only can be used if 5 or more pieces of heavy armor are equiped.

I am missing the important resistance-values here. Most damage comes from magicka and 7% flat dmg reduce isn't enough imho.
    But overall those sound good.
This is from a PVP perspective only.

But this is essentially exactly what it is. Ugh... come on people, start being creative, please. This is useless.

My idea to improve Heavy Armor is .....make it the ONLY armor capable or reaching Armor Hard Cap...........So Light Armor through great difficulty should reach soft cap.....Medium Armor half way between soft cap and hard cap then Heavy Armor reach Hard Cap.

Soft cap is viable for tanking but that 20% difference would be noticeable plus its current passives.

I think people in heavy armor should get a passive that lets them penetrate some of their enemies armor(like LA penetrates spell resistance) oh, and ALL armor abilities should take 5 or more pieces of that armor.
