Kuta from Hirelings?

After the patch I'm getting a lot less aspect runes overall.

As promised and as predicted 3/5 Kutas in 5 opened mails. This is why i recieve all the time. Sometimes even 4-5 Kutas in a row.

I suspect that the chance of getting a Kuta has to do with the level in aspect improvement.

Anyone confirm or disconfirm?

My experience so far has been that I get tons of Kuta on my lower character. I have two with enchanting hireling. A level 16 with all points in enchanting except keen eye. Enchanting at level 40. I check my crafting mails pretty much twice a day on all the relevant characters. I get a Kuta around 50 percent of the time one that one. My main at vr12 has 2 points in hireling and no other points in enchanting. Is at level 30 in enchanting and I get the mail once a day. I have received one Kuta out of about 3 weeks of mails. The higher level character gets lower level potency and aspect runes. The lower level character with all points in enchanting gets higher level (8-9) runes. So to answer your question, my personal experience with the rng gods does have something to do with how many points you have in the skill.

Another thing I have noticed on 4 characters with 3 points in provisioning is that the twice daily mail seems to be account dependent. If one guy gets hops, its pretty sure the other 3 are gonna get hops. So one day will be an oats day, the next will be a tomato day, and so on. Not 100 percent on that...but happens enough to have been noticed.

Mail recieved 3 minutes ago. Still this proves litle. Here's what i'm gonna do and i suggest we all do it to compare. Let's do a 5 day comparison. I bet i will get minimum 3/5 Kutas, wich is about 7/10 no?

Again, i am lvl 41 with full passives.

5 days aint enough to do a real static over it, need to be like 30 days or even more to compare.

I have gotten kuta 5 days in a row, but then suddenly 4 days without it.

Yes I have gotten Kuta from my hirelings.. More so from my Actual pointed out chanter, but I get the occasional blind pig find the truffle from Rune Boy, mule rune mule. I stopped wasting points in hirelings after they made the changes.. It's simply more efficient to just go farm them lol

Not a single Kuta since Update 2. Prior to that I think I got two, maybe three.

Kuta has been very very rare from my hirelings as of lately. I actually don't have a problem finding it in world or via barter, however the hirelings seem to send me Rekuta 90% of the time. Not that I'm complaining, those are still good --- however the ratio seems very odd. I know we can chalk it up to RNG, but it seems a little too consistent for that. However, I managed to find 3 Kuta in 1 Heavy Sack within one of the delves LOL.

I remember when I did a respec, it took a couple days to start getting high level stones again and I am 50 and I did put points back in right away.

I have a lvl 10 character with lvl 38 enchanting that gets more Kuta's from Hireling than my VR12 character with lvl 50 enchanting.. both have 3/3
