Kuta from Hirelings?

Has anyone got Kuta from their Hireling?
I have many hireling. most level 3 and I receive the occasional Yellow upgrade material on Wood, Black and Cloth but never from Enchant.
I have two level 3 Enchantment Hirelings, one for a Level 41 and the other for a level 35 Enchanter.
I also have 6 level 2 Hirelings on level 16 Enchanters.
I receive a lot of Rekuda but never a Kuta.

Has anyone else received Kuta from their Hireling?

Yes, received the last 4 from the last 3 days with hireling 3/3 (1 character). But then again I'm @ lvl 50 with the craft, so I'm not sure if the higher the level, the higher chance of getting it. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I got 3/3 on my main and i get kuta like 70% of the time.

As I am only level 41, perhaps that is my issue and I should put effort into further levelling.
I stopped at 40/41 as that level allowed me to make VR12 Glyphs.

I found one in Cyrodiil last night.
Maybe the FPS issue slowed the RNG spinning wheel.

I have 3/3 hireling and have NEVER received Kuta. Adding insult to injury, about 2/3 of the time I don't even get an aspect circle.

I get Kuta on occasion but it isn't often. I have all 8 characters with at least 1/3 Hirelings, all at 2/3 (for Enchanting) and two at 3/3 (also Enchanting) so I don't have as large a pool of the 3/3's to pull from like some do. I also have the worst relationship with RNG in the history of ever, so my result will almost always be worse than most player's results haha.

Found one in the opening area for Ebonheart. Only a level 7 character too. Feeling proud, the efforts of my exploration bore fruit early on.

Im not joking nor exagerating when i say im getting kutas from my main (lvl 41 in enchanting with full passives) 7 times out of 10. I curently have 19 kutas in bank but i sell some often when im in need if gold...

I also am Lv 40 and get Kuta like 1 out of 4 hireling deliveries and 2 out of 4 Rekuta

hes not getting Kuta 70% of the time..... that means 7/10 days he gets kuta....

the only way to do this to get those odds is by having 8 chars bringing him hirelings.

Mail recieved 3 minutes ago. Still this proves litle. Here's what i'm gonna do and i suggest we all do it to compare. Let's do a 5 day comparison. I bet i will get minimum 3/5 Kutas, wich is about 7/10 no?

I am definitely in the NEVER receive Kuta group.
That's why I post the thread. I have 8 toons, 2 x 3/3 Hirelings (lvl41 & lvl35) and 6 x 2/3 Hirelings (6 x lvl16).
I have had these set up for maybe a month, so that is A LOT of mail.
It just ain't happening

EDIT: The only passive I do not have on any of them is "Keen Eye". I never put anything into that for any craft ... I wonder?

I do, not frequently but a good rate. Hireling is 3/3, char is level now 34. Enchant is now 37. Also find them in the world a good bit. Have never crushed one out of a glyph though that I can remember.

I get Kuta aspects from hirelings regularly; level 40 enchant with 3/3 hireling.

Hmmm ... I don't have keen eye either. If ZOS tied the percentage of "good" hireling mats to keen eye ... that would be yet another example of integration/regression test epic fail.

I don't have keen eye for any of my characters and I'm still getting gold deliveries for blacksmithing, clothier, woodwork and enchanting. Also only 2/3 with hireling because I can only log on once a day during the week so don't see the point going 3/3 with the current mechanics

Yes, I believe I've gotten maybe two in all the times I've had enchanter hirelings on my two vet characters.

Upgrade materials in Hirelings are ONLY tied to the Hireling rank itself AND the infamous RNG gods. Having Keen Eye or not makes absolutely no difference whatsoever. The character level from which the Hireling spawned the mail also has no effect on what upgrade materials you get. The base raw (unrefined) material, which is based on that character's profession Rank from 1/9 - 9/9 also has nothing to do with character level.

The only recent change was 3/3 Hirelings got an increased chance of NOT having Green upgrade mats but instead Blue or better (IF) it has any at all for that mail spawn. This was due to numerous complaints that many players are sitting on 5 stacks of worthless green upgrade mats. 1/3 and 2/3 Hirelings changed nothing with that patch.

I will say that Kuta certainly seems to be of the lowest "drop" rate of the 4 Legendary upgrade materials. But even then my own numbers are off because I get TONS of Rosin, quite a few Dreugh Wax, but hardly any Tempering Alloys, even with all Hirelings being exactly the same. So I pretty much chalk this up to stupid RNG that I'm beginning to think is Uncle Sheo in disguise

EDIT: Thinking about it, I play on both NA and EU and have all 8 Enchanting Hirelings on both (EU they're all only 1/3 though) and have had the EU ones for about 2-1/2 weeks and I haven't received a single Kuta. In that time period I've done a fair bit of Rune farming to level Enchanting over there and also haven't looted a single Kuta. This is however a very short time period to judge on.

Are you me?=P Sounds like we have the same hireling, either way.

Enchanting is one hireling I got as soon as possible so had it for months by now. It's been 3/3 for weeks at the very least and I'm vet 11 now...NEVER a Kuta. Lots of Rekuta after being upgraded to 3/3, but Kuta? Nah.

Oh well. I have just one armor left to make really, at vet 12, and I have 17 Kuta anyway, more than enough for it=) Been saving since level 1.

My rank 44 enchanter with 3/3 hireling gets Kutas rarely. Maybe 2 or 3 per week (and that's opening mails twice per day most days). My rank 34 enchanter with 3/3 hireling NEVER gets Kutas so that leads me to think that the potency level you can craft is important for hireling RNG... the higher, the better.

my highest enchanter, as i said i lvl 23 (and adv lvl 10.) i have had 1/3 hirelings on 6 toons and 2/3 on 2 toons since about the end of the first month. i opened the mail on my highest enchanter until the change of course. i would be shocked if i looted even 10 kutas from nodes and havent keen eye on any toon.

i have 23 24 kutas (one in my mailbox when i logged in as i typed this!), so have received over a dozen from hirelings. they do drop, they drop at least at 2/3, dont remember getting any one a 1/3 hireling since the boxes. and neither high adventure level or enchanting level is needed, nor is keen eye.

They're out there, though I've never got more than five in one farming session and I normally only get one or two. My hireling has dropped off a kuta every day of late, though I presume that's not normal.

Most kuta I have on my bank are from my hirelings. YOu must have been really unlucky with yours then.

I have yet to use a Kuta or buy one for that matter. I have 17. I got quite a few at launch when they seemed to have been a lot easier to get from nodes. But yeah, mainly from hirelings for me now.
