2 Days ago i was killed by what i reported as an exploiter...
He killed me right at the Wayshrine in the Cyrodiil starter Area.

I was under the (false?) Impression that this Area is "safe" and no enemy player can get there by legal means......
Guess i was wrong, since this is the response i got after reporting the Player as an Xploiter:
Hey Michael
Our PvP zones do not have marked safe zones. Player should always be on the look out for the enemy as it is possible to be attacked from everywhere
Thank you for your continued interest and support!
Warm Regards,
Mark

Well I know if you get pulled up by someone or try jumping up to the other factions starter area, you will get auto sent back to your starting area. Not sure how he made it up top with out this reset, but I smell something fishy... Report it in game as a /bug or an exploit as its not intended other players get inside that area.

No, actually you can't. If this really has happened, then it is due to an exploit (teleporthack or something else) which won't happen very often. This is the first time I hear of it and I'm in the forums every day and in Cyrodiil too.So I am reading this correctly - you can get ganked upon immediately entering the starter/tutorial area?

The answer of the support team member shows that he didn't understood what was reported to him or that he is really incompetent. I would go with "he didn't understand", because support usually gets hundreds of tickets a day from people being killed in pvp (in a correct way) who presume their enemies exploited. So the support team member may have not given his full attention to this and just send out a standard answer.
This made me to completely change my mind about ESO. Zenimax obviously refuses to fight exploiters.
Subscription cancelled.
Nope. Because it's obviouos that Zenimax customer support is totally useless and they gave up on policing the game at all.Unsub because 1 dude had his alt chain pull him over the wall?

@Thor
The response you see listed is a presorted autoreply. They have some "mad lib" auto reply system that can give some really strange and off base replies. I have encountered them myself. You basically have to reply to the auto reply and then you will get a person.
This is not ZOS's intent, this is just a failure of the auto reply system.
While they may not yet have the ability to respond to everything I think we can see in every patch note their earnest intent on responding to all of our reported issues. I have not seen anything near that level of intent elsewhere.

This is not an auto-reply, this was a real person i can assure you...... this is not the initial first reply.
Watch the video.- die in an rvr zone
- scream exploit
- actually open a ticket cos of it.

Agree! Also OP should send response to support with same sentence. Or maybe exploits are OK in ESO and honest play is for su.kers.
