The trick that works for me is stealth.
If you sneak inside you'll see that she immediately spawns wisps which makes you start the fight at a disadvantage. With a bit of patience, they'll disappear. Wait them out and, when she's alone, strike as hard and as fast as you can.
I think you can prevent her from summoning more wisps by interrupting her but she'll most likely still manage to get a few. Shadow Cloak (Nightblade) takes them off you for a few seconds, allowing you to get some (slight) distance. If not, I suggest AoEing while focusing on the Omen of Blood. My AoE is subpar so I abused Shadow Cloak.
She'll eventually summon a copy of herself but if you continue focusing on the original, you should be fine.
I hade to drink a healing potion.
If you got neither AoE nor Shadow Cloak, I suggest using Fighter's Guild skills and dispatch the wisps as they appear. I didn't think about charging my Ultimate so I couldn't use it for the fight; that might be a good thing to have prepared.
I hope this helps.
P.S. - For the Nightblades out there, I also used Summon Shade on the wisps to stunt their damage a bit.

I faced her just today for the first time and she cleaned my clock. After reading this I have little hope of beating her. The battle goes well enough until she splits into three, then it's all over. I had her worn down to about 1/3rd health, and then she split and suddenly her health was back up to 100 percent!! WTF is up with that?
I can't deal with the wisps at all. I hate those things and have a terrible time against even one or two of them in the main game, I find them so hard to hit. Them and wasps. Can't hit the bloody things. Grrr.
I guess from what I'm reading here that this is not a solo instance? Maybe that's my only hope -- parking there and waiting for someone else toto pop in and help me with her. *sigh*
