Chrysamere AD's Plea For Help

All three factions can attest to the fact that AD is almost non-existent on the NA campaign.

I've taken the lead after everyone above me in the leaderboards jumped ship, and it's been a struggle to keep the faction going. Today I was almost helpless as a group of 8 reds pushed further and further past our gates, with only three people to combat them. I spend all day recruiting subvets, taking down walls, and doing anything I can to remind the other two factions AD is still around (barely). For several days we were farmed at our gates, after which we pushed them out enough to start bringing walls down at Bloodmayne and Black Boot. We pushed towards Alessia and Drakelowe only to end up back in the gate farming situation again. I try my best, but there's only so much you can do to lead a faction that barely exists anymore.

I'm begging any AD guild, group, or solo player to join the campaign for the sake of the morale of the remaining AD and the health of the campaign in general. Thank you.

I am a guild leader of EP on Chrysamere. I can attest that AD is down to very low numbers and that Aena is doing what he can to promote AD. There is not enough local AD to do anything meaningful in Cyrodiil in the alliance war. I will join in asking any AD to guest into Chrysamere to help him, and us, get some pvp going.

I don't care if the servers are coming down tomorrow or next year. Chrysamere is my home campaign and I'll fight until it's gone. If you don't have anything constructive to say in a respectful manner, please refrain from speaking at all.

Well, I've just been screwing with the farmers in Celarus but there's only so much one person can do against two twenty-man groups on each side working together. I can't play in Wabba with the lag so I'm game for some underdog action, count me in.

As one of the three who stood with Aena today (and pretty much every day for the last little while) - I, too, can attest to how ridiculous Chrysamere has become. We need help. Badly. We are desperate.

I refuse to give up on this campaign so easily, whether it be time or gankers picking us off or even the inevitable naysayers. If I can't make a dent in my home campaign's war, I will at least ensure the other factions notice the ugly little gnat in their soup.

As the Leader of a DC PvP guild on Chrysamere, I can attest to Aena's resolve. I talk to her in TS a lot and she often helps DC out when we show up because there are hardly an AD for her to work with.

    DC pop is dwindling also.
I could only get 11 people on last night, but we didn't want to deal with a full RED map, so some went to Wabba, other's went to help out our allies in Volendrung. I can only shape things up once a week by having 20-40 DC guests come in, but that's it. If I can't get enough people online to take a keep when it's being defended..whats the point?

Chrysamere needs at least 15-20 AD. and a few more DC. In fact, We need to work together to shut down the EP menace!

maybe even an AD west coast guild to match EP's incredibly long play hours.

EP is on track to win this campaign, if something doesn't change.

AD's had a truce with DC on Chrysamere for a while now, which is why we were helping them depose Maris yesterday. I instigated the truce because in my view, they're the lesser of the two evils. Their emperor has quit and I've never been farmed by a smurf at my gates. While under Maris' rule, I've spent half my time being farmed at my gates. The truce is a little one-sided, I admit, but I honestly prefer helping DC over EP.

Probably not a good idea that ive been targeting blues every since I got here, eh? (then again I havent seen but one or two reds, outside of the attempted gank inside Arrius when they were flag capping, which i actually escaped from when I botched and didnt realize how many were there, was hilarious though)

Gotta thank Red for having all those lovely blue NPCs aggroed on them so I could make my masterful escape right back out the door, over the hill, and run smack into a blue group >=/

We go where the action is. It is unfortunate that you guys don't have a bigger presence here so that you could push them away. I haven't seen a lot of farming down south with the decrease in population. More likely to happen over at DC's gates since they bring in ridiculous numbers of VR12s for guesting.

They are not unreasonable though, if you are just looking to quest, you can ask them to let you by and perhaps they will.

You say that as though we haven't been largely ignoring you turning Bloodmayne and Black Boot into so much swiss cheese. We farmed DC the other day, but that was because some of our regulars' favorite DC regulars were on, and a few small sorties are fun pastimes. I can't personally say I farm AD, as I usually pass them up when running around Cyrodiil alone, and don't wanna disrupt them doing their dailies or anything else they're up to with a long walk back to wherever it was they needed to go. Now, we wanted all of the keeps and guarded them jealously because we absolutely needed everything we could get to win this campaign, which isn't even an option anymore. But most everyone agreed, that aside, letting the underdogs keep a few keeps is courtesy.

Largely ignoring? Swiss cheese? My efforts have been greatly exaggerated. I've only been able to bring two walls down at each, and they usually get repaired by the end of the day by the EP sent to take care of me. Now, I understand if you're not with the group that stops me at my home keeps, but saying I turn them into swiss cheese is blasphemy. Does give me a great idea, however.

Dude, I've dropped like 30k gold repairing those keeps down there, lol (I make a ton on good days, so it's alright). If it ain't you, it's somebody. Just 'cause it ain't you doesn't mean it isn't happening. Those keeps flagged several times a day, and I can't blame you guys, it's the quickest and easiest activity down there. 'Gratz on the keep you guys just took, by the by.

Okay, I feel bad bringing this up and going full Autismus Maximus, but
    blasphemy
    isn't synonymous with
    subterfuge
I mean this in the friendliest way possible. Not being duplicitous, honest bro', I foot dem bills for just those keeps, I'm actually glad I don't have to anymore. Not with losing the keeps mind you, just with the personal expense crux.

AD is making a very slow comeback on Chrysamere. With the help of both factions, we were able to take our first three keeps. After Bloodmayne, people started popping out of the woodwork and we were able to take the resources with an all-yellow team, although the assistance from red was much appreciated. The campaign is definitely starting to see a bit more balance, something that makes my heart swell. It's definitely harder to lead a faction that actually exists, though.

Now that we actually have AD on the campaign, what's say we all have a dueling arena tomorrow to celebrate? There's some nice open areas south of Cropsfield close enough for all three factions, if y'all are willing~

Heh I dunno if id make it for that, but I wanted so badly to just attack everyone present. ive never felt more awkward (mentioned this in group chat)

Eleven AD on tonight, only one of them besides me over vr7. I understand now why this campaign has struggled. Its like the ultimate underdog. Not only are the numbers small, but you dont really have anyone at vet 12 (not even 10!). Sorta unfair really.

That being said, when those two blues killed a group member and we took em down, that was probably the most fun of the night for me. Then we died :(

But thats okay, was glad to help some, id just rather have fought for it, win or lose.

Edit to add: All your Bloodmayne is belong to us.
