Is your guild bleeding members to Wildstar?

Yeah. I know of a handful of people that left for Wildstar and there is a much larger number that just stopped logging in so I assume at least a percentage of them left for Wildstar.

I've already seen people come back from Wildstar. Can we have that option in the poll?
Ruze Aulus. Mayor of Dhalmora. Archer, hunter, assassin. Nightblade.
Gral. Mountain Terror. Barbarian, marauder, murderer. Nightblade.
Na'Djin. Knight-Blade. Knight, vanguard, defender. Nightblade.

    XBOX NA
Ruze is a veteran of the PC Beta, lived through the year one drought, survived the buy-to-play conversion, and has stepped foot in the hells known as Craglorn. He mained a nightlbade when nightblades weren't good, and has never worn a robe. He converted from PC during the console betas, and hasn't regretted it a moment since.

He'd rank ESO:TU (in it's current state) a 4.8 out of 5, loving the game almost entirely.

This is an multiplayer game. I should be able to log in, join a dungeon, join a battleground, queue for a dolmen or world boss or delve, teleport in, play for 20 minutes, and not worry about getting kicked, failing to join, having perfect voice coms, or being unable to complete content because someone's lagging behind. Group Finder and matchmaking is broken. Take a note from Destiny and build a system that allows from drop-in/drop-out functionality and quick play.

Personally, I agree with you that many may come back after they see Wildstar more. However, that doesn't change the fact that there are very legitimate reasons for why they left in the first place. Hopefully, they will be addressed more quickly and thoroughly than they have been so far.

Honestly, the only people I know who went to Wildstar are folks I also happen to know are notorious for game hopping. They also played GW2, Neverwinter, Tera, and FFXIV for a few months before moving on... though they actually left ESO for Archeage, and are now leaving Archeage for Wildstar. They'll be moving to Star Citizen when that comes out and are already talking about The Repopulation.

Leaving AA for WS? The hell you say? These are people who have no idea the value of a dollar, I suppose. In order to play AA right now, you have to have the Alpha Founders Pack which is $150 US. The fact they'd just jump ship like that is ridiculous just to be able to say they tried the newest thing. I want to play AA but given that it'll be F2P and F2DL, I can't justify all of that.

I do not know if people are quitting to Wildstar or not but I do know it seems a lot are leaving the game. ESO has it's own problems and other games shouldn't be it's main concern. It should be far more concerned with fixing it's own internal problems above all else.

Wildstar looks like it's a child's game. It's not my kind of game.

*edit* - interesting that this thread no longer goes to the top when a new post happens?

Yeah, the mods here "bury" threads by making them unbumpable instead of locking them at times, to help sink anything negative about the game but not show that they are doing it.

See this features list of the forum software for details....

Interesting. Didn't know they could do that, but it seems a logical tool for moderators who want to quietly silence a discussion.
